What are your hours of operation?

The Club is open:

	Monday - Thursday: 5:00 am - 9:30 pm
	Friday: 5:00 am - 8:00 pm
	Saturday: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
	Sunday: 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Does The Club offer Aerobics?

Yes. The Club offers the nicest workout/group exercise floors in the greater Jackson area. The club schedules a wide array of aerobics classes throughout the week.

Do you have a Steam Room and Sauna?

Yes. At our Ridgeland Club, the men's locker room is equipped with a Steam room while the ladies enjoy a Dry Sauna. At our Brandon Club, both the men's and ladies locker rooms are equipped with a Steam Room.

What kinds of Cardio workout equipment do you have?

The club offers a wide array of cardiovascular workout equipment including Precor Treadmills, Precor Elipticals, Precor Upright and Recumbent Bikes, as well as StairMaster climbers.

Do you offer child care?

Yes. Highly Qualified Staff await your children in our Child Care Center. The Child Care Center is open:

	Monday - Thursday 8am - 12 noon, 4 pm - 8 pm
	Friday - 8am - 12 noon
	Saturday - 8 am - 12 noon

Do you have a pool?

Yes. Both the Brandon and Ridgeland Clubs offer large pools, complete with zero depth entry area and "water mushroom" for children.
