Cycling Classes
Beginner Cycling: A great class for
beginners to start. In this 30
minute class you will learn how to set up
your bike, correct breathing skills and
how to monitor your heart rate; plus get a
great cardio workout.
Endurance Ride: Learn to train in the
fat burning zone. The purpose of
this class is to burn fat and build a
strong aerobic base. Skills
emphasized include: consistent energy
usage, cycling efficiency, mental focus,
steady in the saddle riding along with
maximum fat burning.
Instructors Choice: The instructor
will choose his or her favorite ride.
Interval Ride: A varied workout that
incorporates all types of cycling
movements. See the results of your
training through rapid recovery after high
end exertion.
Sample Ride: An intermediate class
where you will experience all 5 energy
zones-10 minutes in each zone. A
great stepping stone from beginner to
advanced.
Cycling
Mix: This class is a combination of
any 2 rides. The format of this
class will be chosen by the instructor.
Strength Ride: One of the most
challenging rides. The benefits of
this advanced are enhanced cardiovascular
fitness and muscular endurance along with
the strengthening of tendons and
ligaments.
