WATER AEROBICS
The Club also offers Water Aerobics in our pool!  Currently offering three different classes from basic water aerobics to intense workouts.

Aquatic Fitness Classes

Aqua Burn:

bulletBurn those extra unwanted pounds using water resistance. Mold and sculpt your body while shedding those extra pounds! All levels welcome .
bulletClass Length: 45 minute continuous cardio

Aqua Box:

bulletKick, punch, and sculpt your way into a more fit you! Great for beginners but challenging enough for everyone! Excellent fat-burning class.
bulletClass Length: 45 minute continuous cardio

Aqua Sculpt:

bulletSculpt and tone a new you by using water apparatus and water resistance.
bulletClass Length: 45 minute cardio and toning

Deep Tone:  A deep water, no impact, high energy class.  Flotation belts are used.  Includes deep water walking, aerobics, strengthening, toning and stretching.

 

Aquafit:  A very progressive, low impact water workout done in chest deep water for all ages and fitness levels.  Combines aerobics with strengthening and toning.

 

Arthritis+:  Includes a larger endurance component than the basic arthritis program, it is not a high intensity aerobic conditioning program.  The activity should be performed at a low to moderate intensity.

 

Aquacise:  A shallow water class combining a low to mid-level aerobic workout with exercises to tone and strengthen the major muscle groups and stretches to increase flexibility.
