Each of our Women's centers offers a wide array of fitness equipment to meet your needs.

The Premier Club locations at Lake Harbour and Crossgates offer separate Women's Centers. These exclusive work out areas are tailored specifically for women and offer a quiet, secluded, workout experience.

	The Ridgeland Women's Center offers a Keiser Circuit Training Workout Area.
	Both the Brandon and Ridgeland Clubs offer Ladies Paramount Selectorized Equipment.
	Both the Brandon and Ridgeland Clubs provide our ladies with state of the art treadmills and ellipticals with personal viewing screens.
	Both the Brandon and Ridgeland Clubs offer our ladies with access to a private free weight area.
