Fitness Class Descriptions

Abs

If you need that extra work in the mid-section or just want to work on core strength, this quick 15 minute class is for you! It provides an intense abdominal toning routine to both sculpt and trim down your waistline.

Cardio Mixer

A fast paced, fat burning fun class that includes a combination of cardio & weight training through kickboxing, step, and intervals of aerobic moves

Cycle

Jump start your morning, make your lunch break count, or wrap up your day with these high speed cycling classes! They provide a great cardiovascular workout while challenging your muscles and increasing your level of fitness.

Power Sculpt

Chisel your body with this intense workout that uses a combination of dumbbells, body bars, barbells, bands and tubing to sculpt all of your major muscle groups.

Seniorcise/SilverSneakers Yoga Stretch®

Liven up your day with this low to moderate-intensity workout that increases flexibility and improves range of motion and overall fitness. YogaStretch will move your body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

SilverSneakers®

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Sports Zone

This energetic class combines the two essentials, cardio and toning by using hand weights, tubes, balls, steps, and your body weight for resistance.

Yoga

Rejuvenate and balance your mind, body, and spirit with this relaxing yet strengthening workout. The workout increases focus and concentration through the coordination of movement and breathing.

Pilates

Come improve posture, increase lung capacity, and create strong, sculpted muscles. This class emphasize all around, complete fitness supporting a variety of fitness goals, from building strength to increasing flexibility.

Zumba

This energetic class is a cardio workout which combines dance moves such as merengue, salsa, and samba with body sculpting exercises.
