you can learn the art of Jeet Kune Do (JKD).  JKD is the scientific approach to unarmed combat developed by Bruce Lee.  It is a non-classical martial art based on simplicity, directness, and economy of motion.  JKD is the end result of Bruce Lee’s lifelong research and devotion to the martial arts.  Learn how Bruce Lee actually fought and the secrets that made him so spectacular on screen!

Beginner Class:  Tuesdays 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Standard Class:  Tuesdays 7:30pm - 9:00pm

               *must attend 4 beginner classes before joining the standard class

 

-Everyone is welcome

-Informal and comfortable class setting                                      

-You DO NOT have to be a member of The Club to participate

-No previous experience needed                                                 

-Age 15 and up

 

INSTRUCTORS:

 

TIM & IAN O’LEARY are two of Bruce Lee’s second generation students and certified instructors.  They are two of only twenty people in the world certified and recognized by the Bruce Lee family to teach Jeet Kune Do.  Together, they have over 70 years experience in martial arts!
