Try this hi/lo, dynamic, interactive class for the fit challenge of your life!
This class takes cardiovascular training to new heights focusing on ply metrics, strength and interval training, interactive jogging, core training……a little of all the good stuff!
 
bulletCLUB STEP-Full of energy and variety come join the fun with this dynamic step class! Different every week!
 
bulletCARDIO CRAZE- Unique combination of hi/lo cardiovascular exercises with Tons of fun! Energy up!
 
bulletCARDIO SCULPT- Dynamic combination of cardiovascular and resistance training. Get the results you want fast!
 
bulletYOGILATES- Unique combination of yoga and pilates. Come strengthen your body while creating longer-leaner muscle tissue!
 
bulletEXTREME or CLUB-X-Take this P-90-X class to different heights! Men? Women? Looking to get into the best shape of your life through intense interval training? This is the class created for you.
 
bulletABSOLUTE ABS- Core abdominal strengthening and training is the number one goal of this class! Six-pack attack!
 
bulletFLEX –N-STRETCH- Wanting a class designed with intense stretching and lengthening of muscle tissue? This class is designed for you.
bulletKICK IT- Unique combination of kick boxing and cardiovascular strength training exercises for the variety and training you need! Intermediate to advanced level.
 
bulletPOWER YOGA- Take your strength, toning, and sculpting levels to new intensity while developing lean muscle tissue. Also intense core emphasis as well.
 
bulletPOWER SCULPT- Mix it up! You will love this combination type class! Toning, sculpting, and muscular strength training combined with cardiovascular training to give you the ideal head to toe workout!
 
bulletFAMILY YOGA- Designed with the entire family in mind! Come join the fun with your children ages 5 and up! Also designed for single yoga lovers as well!
 

CYCLING CLASSES:

All spin classes are designed for beginner, intermediate, and advanced participants.

bulletSTRENGTH - Strength spin trains the class to keep levels of intensity generally around 75-85% maximum heart rate. Incorporating lots of fun hills along the ride! INTERVAL- More intense spin class. Variety of intensity training focusing heart rate training at 65-92% maximum heart rate. Interval type training with intense pushes and short recoveries.
 
bulletSPIN MIX- A little of everything! Spin Mix focuses on taking your ride for more variety incorporating hills of various levels, sprints, flat roads, jumps, etc.
 
bulletBEGINNER SPIN- Come and learn how to properly set yourself up on your bikes as well as all of the fundamental basics to get your comfortable to join any spin class. Periodically taught.
