Swimming Lessons At The Club
It's time to sign up for swimming lessons again! The Club is
offering group swimming lessons at The
Club on Lake Harbour. Dawn Merchant
Dawn Merchant is our Director of
swimming lessons at The Club. Dawn brings a wealth of experience to
our gym and is excited about working with the children of our
members.
Dawn swam competitively during the summers for 13 years
at the age of five. She competed in many long distance races as well
as a few sprint races. She was also involved in many other sports
until injuries forced her to stop. She placed 5th in the city in
1990 for the 200 meter breaststroke. That year she also placed
fourth in the 100 meter freestyle.
She has many years experience working with children
teaching swimming lessons at the Courthouse Racquet & Fitness Club
as a swim instructor as well as the swim lesson coordinator for two
years. She also has training in CPR and basic first aid. Dawn
is an educator by profession, having taught special education
children in the past and now enjoy teaching in a regular education
classroom.

The Details
| Lessons are in 30 minute increments, so for example, choose
9-9:30, 10-10:30... |
| Classes are 8 days for 30 minutes each day. FRIDAYS ARE RAIN

| Cost: $120 per child ($140 for non-members) |
