I love team training!
Team training will get you to do the things that you are not going to do in the gym by yourself. Anyone can run on the treadmill for 30 minutes but will you do ab exercises until you can’t do any more and then do more?
I have been working out in the Club for years. My workout usually included weight training and cardio 4 to 5 times a week.
