What is Personal Training?

Personal training is a personable approach to fitness designed to provide members of all fitness levels a time-efficient, technique-safe and highly effective exercise program. Every program is tailor designed to meet each member’s individual needs and goals. The personal trainer works side-by-side with you cueing muscles, monitoring proper form and posture, and most of all motivating you to attain your goals. Training sessions may include cardiovascular, strength training, and flexibility.
