Stephanie
Savorgnan |
|
Stephanie Savorgnan has experience as
an athletic trainer, instructor, and club manager.
She has worked with athletes/clients of all kinds
and ages. At USM, Stephanie worked with football,
soccer, volleyball, baseball, basketball, softball,
and tennis teams. Stephanie’s specialization is in
Sports Medicine, which ranges from strength and
conditioning o post-surgery/injury rehabilitation.
While at The Club, she has helped a number of
clients by designing exercise programs to
specifically meet individual needs and goals. Let
Stephanie help you to achieve and maintain healthy
body and improve/enhance your overall fitness. |

Dawn Martin |
|
Dawn Martin has always loved exercise. Her
passion for exercise started in 1991 when she began
training in Taekwondo. She is now a 5th Degree
Black Belt and a Certified Taekwondo Instructor.
This training lead her to pursue a Degree in
Exercise Science at the University of Memphis.
She received her bachelor degree in 2002. She
then became an ACE certified Personal Trainer in
2003. Also in 2003 she became a Certified
Massage Therapist. She started her career at a
Local YMCA were she Personal Trained, Taught Group
classes for Seniors, Taught Taekwondo, and Massaged
until she moved to Mississippi. She enjoys
working with all ages through Personal Training and
teaching Taekwondo. She believes that with the
right help, a good attitude, and a strong work ethic
you can accomplish anything. |

Brandon Sanders |
|
Brandon grew up
in the Greater Jackson Area, and attended Pearl High
School where he was a member of the golf team and
also discovered his passion for weightlifting, in
which he became a State Champion in powerlifting.
After high school, Brandon attended Mississippi
State University and studied Exercise Physiology.
Realizing fitness training was his specialty;
Brandon received certification through AFAA in order
to help many clients reach their fitness goals.
Brandon learned at an early age that the only way to
accomplish your goals is through hard work and
dedication. This attitude is what makes Brandon a
successful personal trainer. |

Chord Robinson |
|
Chord was born and raised in Meridian, MS.
While in Meridian, he attended West Lauderdale High
School and was a key member of the varsity baseball
team for 4 years. After high school, Chord continued
to pursue his love of sports and went on to play
baseball at Meridian Community College. After
Meridian Community College, he attended Mississippi
State University and used his passion for health and
fitness to receive his Bachelor's degree in
Kinesiology and furthered his knowledge of the
industry by obtaining his Master's degree in
Exercise Science.
Chord continues to be very passionate
about helping others achieve their fitness goals and
maintain a healthy lifestyle. While at the
club, he has performed fitness assessments, helped
numerous new members with orientations, and directed
an extreme boot camp. Recently Chord attained
his personal training certification through AFAA to
maintain his current knowledge of the fitness
industry and keep up to date on the ever changing
trends. Chord always makes it a point to make
fitness and important part of his life. |

Kristen Creel |
|
Kristin
graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Health and
Human Sciences from the University of Southern
Mississippi. During this time, she was exposed to
the benefits of a balanced workout, integrating both
weight training and cardiovascular fitness.
Through education, Kristin has been able to help a
number of individuals eliminate their fears of
lifting weights and the intimidation of the “weight
room”.
Being a mother of two young girls, she has
experienced first hand the advantages of weight
training both during and after pregnancy. After
major complications with her first childbirth,
Kristin researched the effects of fitness on
prenatal health. While living in Atlanta, GA,
Kristin trained for local figure competitions before
becoming pregnant with her second child. Her
dedication to staying active and being healthy aided
her during pregnancy, as well as in the labor and
delivery process. Kristin believes that
exercise is an integral factor in maintaining your
quality of life and improving your daily functions.
She realizes it is necessary for every individual to
incorporate exercise into their daily lives to
improve self image and overall health.
Kristin’s dedication to assisting others in making
positive life changes is what inspired her to become
a certified personal trainer through AFAA . |

Charli Wilson Holt |
|
Charli Wilson Holt is a native of
Jackson MS and attended Hillcrest Christian School
where she lettered in Basketball, Dance team co
captain, and Fast pitch and Slow pitch softball.
Charli went on to attend the University of Southern
Mississippi where she recieved her Bachelor of Arts.
Health and fitness has always played a large role in
her life as she competed in the Miss Mississippi
Preliminary Programs and more recently became a NPC
Nationally Qualified Figure Athlete. Charli will
continue to compete in national level NPC
competitions in pursuit of reaching her goals and
aspirations. Charli recieved her personal
training certification through ASFA and plans to
help all of her clients reach their personal goals
and full potential through her knowledge of physical
fitness and her desire to stay on the cutting edge
of training techniques. Charli feels that fitness is
the cornerstone to overall health and wellness and
that getting fit is the first step to a new and
healthy lifestyle. As your trainer, she will take
your health and wellness personally, working along
side of you to help achieve ALL of your fitness
goals. Charli believes with your determination and
her dedication, you CAN make anything happen. |

Carie McPhail |
|
Carie is
originally from Germantown, Tennessee. As fitness
and athletics have always been her first passion,
she decided to direct her career towards improving
the health of others. She currently holds
certifications in AFAA Primary Group Exercise and
AFAA Personal Training. Carie is a YogaFit trained
instructor and is currently working on her 200 hour
Yoga Alliance certification. She has a bachelor’s
degree from Millsaps College and plans to obtain her
doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has experience
training people of all ages, from small children to
seniors. She enjoys triathlon training and other
physical activities during her free time.
Aside from her skills as a personal trainer, Carie
also has a strong background in competitive
cheerleading, track, and Yoga. This experience along
with her knowledge of fitness allows Carie to keep
her clients engaged through a well balanced
selection of exercises. Carie enjoys the challenge
of working with new or post- rehabilitation clients
and plans to obtain a certification as a Post
Rehabilitative Exercise Specialist. Carie is
dedicated to helping clients build strong, flexible,
and lean bodies. She likes to create a diverse
routine of cardio, strength, and flexibility
training to keep clients healthy and motivated. |

Street Fortenberry |
|
Street has been
working in the fitness industry for almost a decade.
His educational experience includes a Master's
degree in Exercise Science with a focus in
Rehabilitation, and a Bachelor's degree in
Nutrition. He is also certified as a personal
trainer through multiple nationally accredited
agencies, including National Strength and
Conditioning Association (Certified Personal
Trainer) and National Academy of Sports Medicine
(both Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance
Enhancement Specialist). He has experience training
a variety of individuals in a multitude of settings,
including professional athletes, elderly
individuals, individuals with chronic health
problems, and average people trying to get fit and
feel their best.
Street loves to camp, hike, and spend time in the
outdoors with his wife and dog. He is passionate
about empowering his clients to live their lives to
the fullest by getting healthy, and getting out and
enjoying life! |
