eliminate their fears of lifting
weights and the intimidation of the

advantages of weight training both
during and after pregnancy. After
major complications with her first
childbirth, Kristin researched the
effects of fitness on prenatal
health. While living in Atlanta, GA,

dedication to staying active and
being healthy aided her during
pregnancy, as well as in the labor

an integral factor in maintaining
your quality of life and improving
your daily functions. She realizes
it is necessary for every individual
