Membership FAQ

Membership dues at The Club vary depending on the membership type and number of members in your family. We offer a range of membership options tailored to fit your needs and preferences. Please contact our membership services team at 601-856-0668 for an appointment to tour our facility and learn more about the different membership options available.

The main fitness center is open from 5am to 10pm Monday through Thursday, 5am to 8pm Friday, 7am to 8pm Saturday, and 8am to 8pm Sunday. Our resort pool closes 30 minutes before the fitness center closes. Tennis and pickleball courts are open from 8am until the fitness center closes. Fitness is also available 24/7 at most of our Club4 Fitness facilities, which are a part of your membership package.

To join The Club at the Township, you must be at least 18 years old.

Yes. Guests must be accompanied by a member, register at the service desk, and pay the appropriate guest fee to gain entry. Members are responsible for ensuring that their guests comply with The Club’s policies.

Yes, we require all members to sign a membership agreement. The contract outlines the terms and conditions of your membership, ensuring both parties have a clear understanding of the agreement.

We offer 3-day passes during the months of September – April. Please note, 3-day passes are not offered between May 1 – August 30.

No. However, members of The Club at the Township have executive level privileges that include access to The Club at the Township and all Club4 Fitness locations.

As a member of The Club at the Township, you have the privilege of bringing guests. Guest passes can be purchased, and the number of visits per guest may be limited. All guests must be accompanied by a member. Please inquire at our front desk for more details. Guests have the same privileges as the member with which they are attending, with the exception of Kids’ Club.

Guests must be at least 18 years old to use the exercise facilities. The courts, pools, childcare, special events, and children’s programs are open to minors, but a parent or legal guardian must sign a liability waiver and your guest must be accompanied by a member 18 years of age or older.

The peak hours at The Club at the Township vary depending on the day and season. Generally, the weight floor tends to be busiest during early mornings, late afternoons, and early evenings. The Club provides ample equipment and space to accommodate our members during all hours of operation. One of our most valued benefits is the fact that we are normally far less crowded than a traditional club.

Yes, we do. From May 1 – August 30, we offer many summer add-ons. Please see below.

  • Nanny – $150 for 3 months
  • 1st child college student – $300
  • Additional college students – $150 each
  • Hotel guests – $25 (No pool access)
  • Gym guests of members – $20.00
  • Pool guests of members – Based on age: 0-3 yrs old = free; 4-11 y/o = $15; 12 y/o & up = $25
  • One week out of town guests: (Family members visiting The Club at Township members): $75 for individual and $150 for a family

Members of The Club at the Township have access all Club4 Fitness locations throughout the Southeast and Southwest. You can use Club4’s website to find the nearest Club4 Fitness location to you. Simply enter your address or ZIP code, and it will provide you with the nearest facility.

The Club at the Township is unique and only has one location, but your membership grants you access to all Club4 Fitness locations in Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Texas, Louisiana, and Florida.

Cancellations require a 30-day written notice and are subject to the terms of your membership agreement. Please contact the Service Desk at 601-856-0668 for your specific cancellation request.

Personal Training FAQ

To sign up for personal training, please visit our front desk or contact our personal training department. They will guide you through the process, discuss your fitness goals, and match you with a qualified personal trainer who suits your needs.

The duration of your personal training program at The Club at the Township depends on your individual goals, preferences, and the package you choose. Our personal training department will work with you to determine the optimal program length for your desired results.

Personal training sessions at The Club at the Township typically last between 30 and 60 minutes. However, session lengths can be customized based on your preferences and availability.

We recommend wearing comfortable workout attire and athletic shoes to your personal training sessions. It is essential to wear clothing that allows for ease of movement and proper support during exercise.

Prior to your personal training session, it’s advisable to hydrate properly, have a light snack if needed, and arrive a few minutes early to prepare. Additionally, inform your personal trainer of any health conditions or concerns you may have to ensure a safe and effective training experience.

If you cannot make a scheduled personal training session, please contact your personal trainer or our personal training department with at least 24 hours’ notice. They will assist you in rescheduling the session at a more convenient time.

When your personal training term is complete, you have the option to renew your training package or continue training on a month-to-month basis. Our personal training department will be available to discuss your options and help you make the best choice for your fitness journey.

Kids' Club FAQ

Kids’ Club is complimentary for children on a family membership. Please contact our Service Desk for drop-in options.

Kids’ Club operates Monday through Thursday 8am to 1pm and 3pm to 8pm, Friday 8am to 1pm and 3pm to 6pm, and Saturday 8am to 1pm. Our goal is to provide a safe and fun environment for your children while you focus on your fitness routine.

Kids’ Club welcomes children 3 months to 12 years old. We provide age-appropriate activities and supervision to ensure their well-being.

Kids’ Club operates on a first come basis and does not currently require a reservation.

No, childcare services are only available to active members.

For the safety and security of all children, only authorized Kids’ Club staff members are permitted in the Kids’ Club area. Parents/guardians are requested to drop off and pick up their children at the designated check-in area.

No. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in work out spaces or common areas. Children 12 years and older may use the fitness center under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian. Member children 14 years and older may use the fitness areas without direct supervision.

To maintain the health and well-being of all children at the Kids’ Club, we kindly request that you keep your child home if they are exhibiting signs of illness, such as a fever, contagious infection, or other symptoms. This helps us create a healthy environment for everyone.

While there is no strict dress code for the Kids’ Club, we recommend comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement and appropriate footwear for activities.
