Premier Courts and Professional Programs

Your Club membership gives you access to eight pickleball courts, three World Class Surface hard courts and five clay Hydro Courts, which are brilliantly lit to provide lighting for any level of recreational or competitive play. Spectators will enjoy our spacious viewing areas, including a relaxing viewing patio, special seating, and viewing decks. The Tennis Center Pro Shop is also open for our members’ convenience and is outfitted with top-of-the-line tennis apparel and world-class equipment.

The RSPA (USPTA), PTR and PPR professionals offer a wide variety of programming for children and adults. Lessons, clinics, leagues, and socials are just a few of the events you will find at the tennis center. Court reservations are complimentary with membership and may be booked up to four days in advance through our Racquets app or the Pro Shop.

Pro Shops

Purchase the equipment you need to enhance your play. The Club at the Township Tennis Pro Shop offers the latest in gear, clothing, and accessories, including racquets, and stringing by the one and only active Master Racquet Technician in the state of Mississippi.

Pickleball

Our courts are designed to foster both competitive and recreational play, ensuring everyone from beginners to seasoned pros can enjoy the fast-paced excitement of pickleball. With equipment available for rent or purchase at the Pro Shop, getting into the game has never been easier.

Tennis & Pickleball Facility Policies

Industry-Standard Policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

  1. Courts may be reserved by Club members only.
  2. One court per reservation for 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes. Reservations exceeding 120 minutes will be canceled. Please do not reserve longer than needed.
  3. Reservations are made using The Club Racquets app. For assistance, contact the Pro Shop at (601) 856-0220.
  4. Reservations may be made up to 4 days in advance, beginning each day at 7:00 AM.
  5. If you cannot use your reserved court, please cancel via the app or notify the Pro Shop as soon as possible.
Dress Code

Proper tennis or pickleball attire is required, including shirts and non-marking shoes designed for court use.

Court Etiquette
  1. Show respect for fellow players.
  2. Maintain a reasonable noise level.
  3. Avoid offensive language or disruptive behavior.
  1. Players should warm up properly to help prevent injury.
  2. All safety instructions from facility staff must be followed.
  3. Spectators must remain off the playing surfaces and are responsible for their own safety.
  1. All players must comply with these policies and with the overall rules of The Club.
  2. Failure to comply may result in suspension of court privileges or termination of membership.
  1. Members may bring guests for social play at $10 per player, per visit.
  2. Guests may play up to 2 times per month. After that, they must become a member or wait until the following month.
  3. Exception: Guests who live more than 20 miles away (by car) may play up to 4 times per month. For their 3rd and 4th visits, a $15 guest fee applies.
Lessons, Clinics & Events for Guests
  • Guests may also participate in lessons, clinics, and events.

     

  • Private Lessons: $10 guest fee (1 hour), $5 (30 minutes).

     

  • Semi-Private Lessons, Clinics & Events: $5 guest fee.
Guest Check-In

All guests must check in at the Pro Shop, provide contact info (name, phone number, email), and sign a liability waiver.

  1. Club news, event details, and schedule updates are shared primarily via GroupMe, and occasionally through email.
  2. Pro Shop staff are happy to help members join the GroupMe groups. Invite links can also be shared by email.
  1. Private and group lessons can be booked with any of our certified coaches via The Club Racquets app or by contacting them directly.
  2. Our tennis and pickleball coaches are certified through USPTA, PTR, and/or PPR, and are committed to professional, modern instruction.
  3. If you must cancel a lesson, please do so as soon as possible—ideally a week in advance.
  4. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee equal to 50% of the lesson cost.
  5. Payments for lessons are made through The Club Racquets app. Please ensure your credit card is loaded in the app.
  1. We offer adult and junior clinics for all levels and ages.
  2. Players will receive instruction on technique and strategy, hit lots of balls, get a good workout, and have fun.
  3. Some clinics are drop-in/open, while others require registration for 6-week sessions or other durations.
  4. Open clinic schedules are posted on theclubms.com, and printed copies are available in the Pro Shop.
  1. Our social events are community favorites! Sign-up may be individual or with a partner (we’re happy to help with pairings).
  2. Event formats include:
    • Team-based play
    • Champs-and-challengers (win and move up, lose and move down)
    • Open play
    • Events are listed on theclubms.com, and printed schedules are available in the Pro Shop.

We have:

  1. 2 tennis ball machines
  2. 2 pickleball ball machines
  3. Rentals are for members only at:
    1. $15 per hour, or
    2. Unlimited use: $150/year (individual) or $200/year (family)
    3. Reserve through the Racquets app or call the Pro Shop at (601) 856-0220.
  • USTA, JLTA, and pickleball league teams may be based at The Club if:
    • The captain is a Club member.
    • No more than 4 guests participate on 4- or 5-court teams, or 2 guests on 2- or 3-court teams.
    • Guests may participate in up to 2 league seasons unless they live 20+ miles away, in which case they may continue playing without joining.
  • Guest fees:
    • $4 for each league match at The Club.
    • $10 for any other play at The Club.
